Originally known as a Wind Rose, the device we recognize today as the Compass Rose has appeared on navigation charts and maps since the 1300s and was used to indicate the directions of the winds. As such, the 32 points of the Compass Rose come from the directions of the eight major winds, the eight half-winds and the sixteen quarter-winds.
Somerset has adopted the Compass Rose as its logo to represent the various directions we will explore to secure your business. We pride ourselves on our credibility and flexibility, and make every effort to meet your requirements regardless of geographic location or preferred lease structure... always staying true to course... true to business.
Somerset can offer operating leases on workstations to an engineering department in California, step leases for factory equipment in Wisconsin and a capital lease for miscellaneous office equipment in Boston, London or Madrid.
