EVAN M. BOKOR
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bokor joined Somerset in 1996 as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and is primarily responsible for all of the financial management aspects of the company. This includes the establishment and maintenance of Somerset's relationships with its financing sources, as well as the development, structuring, negotiation and implementation of financing programs for Somerset's lease transactions. Mr. Bokor is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of diversified financial and operations experience, primarily in the equipment leasing industry.

Under Mr. Bokor's direct management at Somerset are: the syndications department, which is responsible for transaction pricing, placement of debt and equity in lease transactions and the purchase and sale of lease transactions, either individually or in portfolios; the controller's office encompassing all facets of accounting and financial reporting, billing, collections and taxation; and the lease administration department which prepares all necessary lease and financing documentation and interacts with equipment vendors and clients in coordinating the timely closure of each transaction.

A graduate of Pace University, where he attained a bachelor of business administration, Mr. Bokor joined the accounting firm of Bloom Hochberg and Company in 1983 where he worked for many of the firm's largest clients until joining The Neptune Group, a multi -billion dollar computer lessor, in 1986. During Mr. Bokor's tenure with Neptune he progressed from the position of Senior Accountant/Tax Manager to the level of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities included the management of the company's day-to-day operations, all facets of tax compliance and planning and financial reporting including the transmission of monthly financial information to Neptune's parent company, a publicly held, multibillion dollar savings bank.

After Neptune separated into two entities in 1989, Mr. Bokor assumed responsibility for the financial management of the newly spun-off operation. He assisted the company's senior management in the accumulation of a portfolio of more than $1 billion of equipment leases, and played a significant role in the structuring and negotiation of the sale of substantially all of the company's lease portfolio to another leasing operation. Prior to joining Somerset, Mr. Bokor spent the remainder of his time with Neptune assisting the company's management in evaluating and overseeing certain ventures in which the company re-invested the profits derived from this sale.

During Mr. Bokor's tenure with Somerset, the company has dramatically expanded its base of funding resources and has structured several financing programs which have directly led to the company's ability to significantly expand its lease portfolio. Mr. Bokor has also played a key role in establishing new relationships for Somerset within the leasing community, and these efforts have led to further growth of the company's indirect leasing activities through single transaction, as well as portfolio acquisitions.
