Steve Miller joined Somerset in November of 2001. His primary responsibilities include credit evaluation, debt and equity syndication, transaction structure and pricing, and third party-portfolio management. As an accomplished finance professional, Mr. Miller brings more than 15 years experience in the equipment lease and finance field to Somerset with a background in accounting, portfolio management, vendor financing, syndications and lease administration.

Prior to joining the Somerset team, Mr. Miller spent five years at Com-Lease, Inc., a small New Jersey based lease broker, where he was responsible for various aspects of their small and middle market equipment leasing program. He also spent ten years managing the leasing arm of Anacomp, Inc., a Midwest-based manufacturer of computer-related hardware. In this capacity, Mr. Miller managed the company's $150 million lease portfolio and was responsible for all aspects of equipment leasing, including billing and collecting, credit review and documentation, transaction pricing and structuring, residual forecasting, banking relations and customer and sales interface, as well as third-party investor relations. At the same time, Mr. Miller was also responsible for Anacomp's financial statement consolidation and SEC reporting.

Originally from Indiana, Mr. Miller earned his bachelor of science in accounting and finance from Ball State University.
